1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Goliath Data (the “Site,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use goliathdata.com and the Goliath Data platform. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Data

While using the Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, postal address, billing information, and account credentials.

2.2 Usage Data

We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve functionality. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some portions of the Service may not function properly without them. Some of our service or advertising partners may also use cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
Process transactions and manage your account and subscription;
Notify you about changes to the Service and provide customer support;
Enable interactive features when you choose to use them;
Analyze usage to understand and improve the Service; and
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security incidents.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related tasks, or assist us in analyzing how the Service is used. These providers may access your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Goliath Data, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Google User Data and Google API Services

If you connect your Google account (for example, Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive) to the Service, we may access certain Google user data as authorized by you through Google’s OAuth consent process. We access and use this data only to provide and enable the features you request — for example, syncing contacts, email, or calendar events.

Goliath Data’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Consistent with those requirements, we do not use Google user data for advertising; we do not sell Google user data; we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide or improve the requested features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read your Google user data except with your consent for specific support requests, where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

6. International Transfer of Data

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — servers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

7. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. All data, including personal and sensitive information, is stored and processed using secure Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard safeguards such as encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@goliathdata.com. Upon verification of your identity and request, we will permanently delete your personal data and any Google user data from our systems within thirty (30) days, unless retention is required by law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also disconnect any linked Google account at any time through your Google account settings or within the Service. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@goliathdata.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@goliathdata.com and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
